MATLAB Program that Determine Linear and Quadratic Best Fit Curves for the given Temperature Data

Question

Write a MATLAB program that will read in the data from the Microsoft Excel named tempData.xlsx

And determine the linear and quadratic best fit curves for the temperature data. The file format is shown in figure. Your program should also plot the original data and both fit curves on the same axes in a figure window. The original data should be marked on the plot with red O’s, the linear fit curve should be a black line and the quadratic fit curve a blue line. The program should appropriately annotate the plot. The program should work for any file of the format shown in figure not just the headings and data shown in figure.

    Hello Allison,I love the 2nd image that you did! I also, had never heard of SumoPaint, is something that I will have to exolpre a bit! I understand completely the 52 (or so) youtube videos that you probably watched. Sometimes they have what you want, sometimes they don't!
