A hollow concrete column has a rectangular cross-section with an external breadth of 300mm and an external depth of 600mm.The internal breadth is 240mm and the internal depth is 520mm.The compressive resistance of the concrete is 200 N/mm2.If the effective height of the concrete column is 2.8m, calculate:

(i) The least radius of gyration

(ii) The slenderness ratio

(iii) The maximum axial load that the column can carry
