Calculate Enthalpy Change of Sublimation

Question

The sublimation pressures of solid Cl2 are 352 Pa at 161 K and 35 Pa at 146.5 K. The vapour pressures of liquid Cl2 are 1590 Pa at 173 K and 7830 Pa at 193 K. Calculate

(A) The enthalpy change of sublimation,
(B) The enthalpy change of vaporization,
(C) The enthalpy change of fusion,
(D) The triple point.

Summary

The question belongs to Chemical Engineering and it is about sublimation pressures of solid chlorine and liquid chlorine are given. The enthalpy change sublimation, vaporization, fusion and triple point have been calculated.

Hello Allison,I love the 2nd image that you did! I also, had never heard of SumoPaint, is something that I will have to exolpre a bit! I understand completely the 52 (or so) youtube videos that you probably watched. Sometimes they have what you want, sometimes they don't! However, it is always satisfying when you are able to produce something that you have taught yourself. Great job!Debra 0 likes
